How is your harnesses different from others?

Our One-click harnesses have won an award for the best luxury walking solutions for small to medium sized dogs, based on the following facts;

Are your products washable?

All of our items should be hand washed separately with cold water.

Please note that some of the products specially with mesh fabrics might still fade colour after washing and we can’t guarantee that.

Do not machine wash.
Protect from extreme conditions.
Protect from direct light, heat and heavy rain.
Should the metal hardware become wet, dry it immediately after each use.
Do not bleach.
Do not tumble dry.

What if the harness doesn't fit my dog?

We suggest that you check the size chart inserted in your desired product page carefully before ordering for your pooch. For our one-click harness, watch the short video on how to measure your dog properly. Here is the link.

But in any case, if the product does not fit your dog, we are happy to exchange with the right size or customize a new one for you within 15 days of the purchase.

We will not accept returns for customized and personalized products.

Unfortunately, we will not pay for the return postage.

What payment methods do you accept?

We do accept most major credit cards such as: Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. We also provide accelerated safe payment methods such as; PayPal, Shopify pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Is any exchange or refund possible?

If you are not satisfied with the item you bought, exchange or refund is possible in the 15 days following your order. Conditions apply.

How long will it take for my order to be processed and shipped out?

Most orders are shipped within 1 to 3 business days. However in very rare occations, it may take up to 7 days to ship. We will let you know if there is a delay in dispatching your item.

Please allow 3 to 5 working days for a delivery in Canada, and 2 to 10 working days for a delivery within the United States. For an international delivery, shipments may take 8 to 15 business days depending on the destination country.

Puccissimé Pet Couture will not be responsible for delivery delays.

Which courier services do Puccissimé normally use?

Within Canada, we deliver by Canada Post or UPS. For overseas deliveries, it will be by UPS or DHL (next day delivery).

All shipping services we use are tracked and by air. The tracking number will be sent to you once your parcel is dispatched.

How Do I Qualify for Free Shipping?

Free shipping is available for all orders over $50 to Canada and the US. We do ship worldwide for a fee.

Where are your products made?

All of our products are made in Canada. We use high quality and unique fabrics and materials to design and create your special collections.

Can I use my own leash with the harness?

We would of course love you to add a matching leash to add to the glam but feel free to use your own leash. Any standard leash in the market would work with our harnesses.

How is the bow tie attached to my dog?

Two small elastic fabric bands are sewed on the back of the bow tie, allowing it to slide on the collar, making put on and take off easy. So your dog can wear the collar separately or with the bow tie if you wish.

What happens if the product breaks? How long is it guaranteed for?

Puccissimé Pet Couture guarantee 100% money back within 15 days of delivery date. Although, we are not responsible for any damage to the merchandise that is caused by your dog. Please supervise your pet while using the item.

Unfortunately, we will not pay for the return postage.

How to put on my One-Click harness?

1- Start with the harness loose. Slide your dog's head through the dog harness neck piece and arrange the bottom straps between the dog's two front legs, under the belly.

2- Bring the buckles up behind the dog's front legs, around the belly of the dog. Snap the buckles together into the back piece. Adjust the straps to fit properly.
